We could combine a couple of our stipends for a down-payment on a nice lot, or we can focus on materials to like decorations/service contracts with caterers/etc. and then rent a place whenever we get customers. The first option gives us a permanent place that we can modify into other stuff if this doesn't work out. But, it'll take longer for us to save up for it, or we'll have to work a couple other part-time gigs to save up faster. The second option requires a bigger gamble on potential business outcomes, with a higher immediate reward if we bet wisely.
