From what it sounds like, bringing people in from other worlds seems to be a recent development. A woman I spoke with said she'd been here a few months and was part of the first group. I'm not exactly sure how many here aren't native, but from what I've gathered, the reason we're being brought in is because the Sylphid ran out of compatible locals to take over.
