Technically speaking, yes, the talking horse has made a comeback. He's just not a horse anymore. Instead there's a short young man, with pointed ears and long sandy blonde hair on the back of the horse, looking around.

Link does however, recognise the turtle-person. He's not sure if this is 'Booty', but he seems to be the only person hanging around outside the command centre at the moment, so...maybe?
