Maybe instead I should say, "when you can't accept that you have lost them." If you love someone, but then spend the rest of your life miserable because they pass on, have you loved wisely? If you can't accept the end of the relationship and start stalking and terrorizing your ex, have you really loved well?

On those points, I agree. Death is a natural part of life and if a loved one passes on before me, I will try to find happiness. That is what they would want for me. And I would never stalk an ex. I was very lucky; the few boyfriends I had before Anakin weren't possessive.

What exercises do you suggest? If I can find harmony, I can share it with those dear to me. They deserve peace.

Both would suit me. I tend to be anxious, so meditation would help. But there are times I need to fight, so combat is necessary.

No, no -- my bad, not specific enough. I meant style-wise. There's a lot of potential styles and schools that can fit the bill, so I need to narrow it down for you.

Tell me the schools, then. Or the styles. I suspect the ones I can name you won't have heard of.

To start with: my own personal favorite, aikido. Then Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, judo, jujutsu, aikijujutsu... The differences generally revolve around the level of engagement and the particular favored techniques. If I can see what your natural inclinations are for, I can build on that, which is what I would recommend rather than trying to slot yourself into something that sounds excellent in principle but isn't as suited to you.
