It's a business term, don't worry about it too much.

My point is, I picked the name because it leaves a strong impression on people who don't know me very well.
They might assume that someone called "The Tyrant" would be a domineering, no-nonsense collector of power - someone that you shouldn't trifle with in, say, corporate negotiations.
But my friends know that I'm a perfectly agreeable person that's willing to compromise and work together with others, of course.

But we're getting sidetracked.
My point is, the name I picked acts as a front. It helps to have a reputation that precedes you when dealing with potential competitors so that they don't think they can take advantage of you.
Even if that reputation isn't necessarily accurate to how I actually handle my business.
